Daniel Carbone of Flies Collective / NJ / low concept film well executed. themes of grief and growing up. extremely atmospheric and slow on the narrative. the characters could be a little more distinct. all in all impressive alumn work.
刻意，太追求童年阴暗面
忧郁的音乐，空旷的道路，没有任何语言，但好似诉说了一切。
连续的叙事结构，台词居少，画面居多，长镜头加远距离，缓慢的犹如现实，看惯疯狂剪辑各种特写镜头各种暴力动作各种时间跳变的主流电影还真是不习惯这种风格，不过这种风格才确实是更接近生活的啊，片头小伙伴们在破旧屋内的谈话，哥哥和弟弟河边的打闹太熟悉了，小时候的片段大部分也就是这样的啊

是不是每个孩子叛逆的时候都想过离家出走？但不是每个青春期的少年都曾离死亡那么近。是谁说童年应该无忧无虑应该快乐？自立成人之年也有很多无奈，你的年龄越小，世界就越大，让你觉得根本无处可逃。略显随意的独立小片，孩子们的每次一次捉摸不定的儿戏背后似乎都隐藏着成人眼中的暴力。★★

后半部分相当不错，兄弟二人各自超脱了对死亡的恐惧，进入新一层境界。可惜前半部分真的很无聊，有些支线可有可无。
不喜欢这种风格
喜欢看喜剧，也喜欢看这种死气沉沉的剧情片。孩子的世界，从来都不是没有愁滋味的。
一般，想讲的没有细节依托，显得比较空有点无聊。小孩子迷茫但导演应该心里清楚

很喜欢电影里的景色，茂密的树林，绵延的山路，孤独的大桥，清澈的河水，这是我梦想中的童年，可惜电影叙事太弱
一般般，不是很喜欢。
被海报吸引，我还蛮喜欢这种电影的。
原来美国乡村生活也这么压抑
和夏日之王一样的故事，一样不喜欢。
比“夏日之王”要好。导演很沉得住气，把男孩与死亡的模糊命题不紧不慢的讲述了一遍，很多地方都在似解非解之间。最后“遇熊”一幕一下挑起了情绪。
飞机上看的，很舒服的镜头语言，很零散的叙事，很文艺…
好喜欢这种摄影。
